Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Thank you for choosing The Bow Hitch! We truly appreciate you trusting us with your hard-earned money. If something isn’t right, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Products may be carefully test-fitted, but they must be clean, undamaged, unmodified, and not used in the field.
Ordered the Wrong Size?
No problem. You are responsible for shipping the original Bow Hitch back to us. Once we receive it, we will cover the cost of shipping the correct size back to you.
Just let us know your order number and the size you need in return.
Did We Make a Mistake?
If we shipped the wrong size, color, hand, or product, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of shipping the correct item to you.
The same applies if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts. Contact us, and we’ll work with you to get it taken care of.
Refunds
If you would prefer a refund, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was caused by a mistake on our end.
Once the product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Bow Hitch, Solution Sling, and Tripod Sling is proudly made right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover loss, intentional damage, alterations, or damage caused by misuse. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.
Starting a Return or Exchange
Please contact us before mailing anything back. Include your order number and a short description of what you need. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping address.
